Prime Rib Cooking Instructions
Prime Rib Rub
get meat to room temp
Bake at 350⁰ for 1 hour uncovered
Turn off oven and do NOT open door
45 mins to 1 hour before serving
start oven again at 350⁰
* Tape oven door to keep from accidently opening!!
